Why I Started Synaptic UX

I’m Tracy Johnson, founder and creative director of Synaptic UX. For 15 years, I designed complex, data-driven platforms for some of the biggest tech companies in the world. I learned how smart design creates billions in value. But I also saw that the most passionate founders and small business owners were locked out of this level of strategic thinking.
