Intel needed a better way to support the developers building software for its hardware. We helped transform a complex ecosystem into a single, cohesive online community — one that now serves millions of developers and makes it easier to discover tools, join programs, and build on Intel technology.

Intel needed a better way to support the developers building software for its hardware. We helped transform a complex ecosystem into a single, cohesive online community — one that now serves millions of developers and makes it easier to discover tools, join programs, and build on Intel technology.
This project is part of the experience our founder brings to Synaptic UX, completed before launching the studio. What was done:
Transformed the template system into a flexible, easy-to-use platform
Created custom web components (download, catalogs, search and more)
Researched how developers joined the community and downloaded tools
Audited thousands of pages with AI to clean up outdated and duplicate content
Migrated more than 50 separate sites into one cohesive experience

Results – Driving Real Growth
The new platform now supports more than 26 million views a year, helping developers quickly find and use the right tools. Download conversions increased by 2–3×, and SEO-driven traffic grew from 40% to over 60%, reducing the company’s reliance on paid marketing and lowering acquisition costs.

The consolidation and cleanup of content drastically simplified site governance. With one unified system instead of 50+ disconnected sites, updates happen faster, errors dropped significantly, and developer onboarding is now a smoother, more consistent experience.
